Great news! The @Samsung 45w charger for the Note 10 seems to be a USB-IF Compliant PD3.0 PPS! (Not sure if Certified...) It's a true 45w PD3.0 PPS. No naughty QC3.0/SAFC! :) Even does all the optional/extra APDO 20v@2.25a 9v@5a (3a if 60w cable) correctly! Way to go Samsung!
Yep, they properly set that "PPS Power Limited" bit. And don't REJECT 11v@5a requests. So it checks out! Just need to run USB-IF compliance tests on this... which is really @Samsung 's job. I suspect and hope they did. If so, this is excellent news for the USB-C ecosystem!
